Gensrv is proud to support Papua New Guinea in the push towards delivering power to all the people. Our Port Moresby based team is there to ensure the lights stay on by supporting government bodies such as PNG Power and independent generation at mines, facilities and remote areas.

Historically designs for complex plants were engineered in a model and scaled up. With modern computer packages complex 3D component based models can now be generated allowing engineers and clients to visualise the facility prior to manufacture and construction.

An initial task for new design and one for improvement of process is the mathematical modelling of process systems. Here we use software to determine the system variables after election of key process design parameters.

Gone are the days of Buttons and Switch’s. In almost all facilities we now use Distributed Control, Programmable Logic Controllers and Human Machine Interfaces. The primary advantage of this type of system is the ability to retain history.

Key to our operations and maintenance services is the installation of a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Gensrv are currently working on installations from Mincom Mims, IFS and MEX.
